Fyzical Holly Springs accepts most all of the insurances offered in the state of North Carolina,
by federal government and VA, and out of state insurance plans. There are many plans we
accept with authorization that do not appear in the list below. If you do not see your plan gives
us a call and we would be happy to check your benefits before your first appointment.

Frequently ask questions

Do I need a referral from a doctor to come to Fyzical Holly Springs?
Since North Carolina is a direct access state for physical therapy you do not need a referral
from doctor. The only instance in which you need a referral for physical therapy is if your
primary insurance is through Medicare. Under Medicare rules you must have a doctor’s referral
for physical therapy.

What do I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, intake forms if you are feeling ambitious, and comfortable

How long will my visit(s) last?
The first visit typically lasts 45 to 75 minutes depending on the severity and complexity of the
condition for which you are seeking treatment for. After the initial evaluation your treatment
sessions will be 45 to 60 minutes, again, depending on how involved your condition is.
